Assessment Tests
A sample sheet both for assessment tests and challenges is also available for teams to record scores for multiple athletes, which you can download in either PDF or Excel format. An individual score sheet is also provided for personal use. While these sheets are useful for keeping a physical record of results, we kindly ask that — for the purposes of the pilot program — all scores are also entered into the online score submission form.
