About 6-Week Pilot Program

🟦 1. Description of the Program

The Coaching Reimagined Pilot is a 6-week European training initiative supported by the Erasmus+ Sport Program. It brings together clubs, coaches, and athletes to test a new digital training model that combines structured workouts, performance tracking, and remote engagement. Participants follow daily workouts, complete skill assessments, and join weekly challenges, while coaches provide guidance and support. All materials β€” including skill and drill cards, assessment tools, and reports β€” are freely available through the platform, partner websites, and social media. Remote athletes of all ages and teams are welcome to participate.

🟨2. Who Can Participate

1. Youth Teams (ages 16u)

Three teams from Italy, Spain, and Greece: 1. CN Echeyde – Tenerife, Spain; 2. Universo – Pescara, Italy; 3. OFI – Heraklion, Greece; plus possibly a few more, will run the program in parallel. Their coaches will integrate the material into their training schedules, and athletes will take part in shared activities with other teams to build:

  • A sense of shared participation and collaboration
  • Healthy competition and sportsmanship
  • Extra motivation for progress

(If you are a coach and want to join this group with your team, complete the team registration form here)

2. Remote Athletes (all ages)

Another key part of the program is to test ways to improve remote training and to connect:

  1. Older athletes that do not have time to joi a team but still want to practice
  2. Athletes who face challenges such as lack of access to a team of the same level, structured training materials, or experienced coaches

The Masters community is growing quickly, and while individual training is more accessible in individual sports, our goal is to create tools to make training for Masters athletes easier and more enjoyable

We also want to support small groups or individuals who often train without a coach, giving them the same sense of shared participation and recognition as the youth teams.

“Your participation and feedback will help us shape and improve the program, while also opening the conversation about remote participation in team sports and exploring meaningful solutions as we grow a supportive community.”

Participants under the age of 18 must join with parent or legal guardian consent.
