Sports Curriculum
Shared Sports Curriculum: Free access to comprehensive coaching materials and lessons for athletes and young coaches, available online.
For this pilot program, three coaches and their teams from Italy, Spain, and Greece came together to create a unique shared curriculum. Each coach brought their own expertise and passion to the project, contributing to specific curriculum categories and sets of training cards:
- Anemos (Greece): Water Balance & Contact 1
- CN Echeyde (Spain): Vertical Form & Contact 2
- Universo (Italy): Goalkeeping & Conditioning
By bringing together their different expertise, the curriculum offers varied approaches to training and reflects the unique perspective of each professional involved.
Curriculum Elements
Skill Cards

Each card includes a clear definition of the skill, measurable test or objective, key coaching points, related drills, and a performance goal.

Same as skill cards includes a clear definition of the skill, measurable test or objective, key coaching points, related drills, and a performance goal.
Workout Plans

Daily and weekly workout recommendations focused on skill development, combining technical drills, physical conditioning, and game-related exercises.

Challenges
Each week, athletes will receive one challenge designed to promote creativity, motivation, and application of skills in fun and engaging ways. Challenges may include skill demonstrations, teamwork tasks, or personal best goals — encouraging athletes to stay involved and track their progress

Assessment Tests
Athletes will complete short tests at the beginning and end of the program to evaluate their skills and progress. These assessments help track individual development and provide valuable feedback to improve training plans and coaching methods.

Reports
Visualized reports will be created to help athletes and teams track their performance over time. These summaries will show individual progress, team trends, and areas for improvement, based on assessment tests and submitted training data.
